a) CDS Account Opening Form (Individual)

b) CDS Account Opening Form (Corporate)

If you are a corporate investor, print the form and fill the details of the CDS Account Opening Form. Ensure that all the required fields are properly filled. Instruction for filling the form can be found above. Download CDS Account Opening Form here.

c) Treasury Bills Application Form

To bid for Treasury Bills, fill the online application form provided and email to us. Ensure that all the required fields are properly filled and that you have digitally signed your form as per your mandate form. Click on the Print button , scan and email the form.

d) Treasury Bonds Application Form including Infrastructure Bond

To bid for Treasury Bonds, fill the online application form provided and email to us. Ensure that all the required fields are properly filled. Click on the Print button , scan and email the form.
