In the July 2026 Market Perceptions Survey, respondents expect inflation to remain within the target range despite upward pressure from high fuel prices attributed to the conflict in the Middle East. Respondents also remained optimistic about Kenya’s economic outlook over the next 12 months, citing among other factors, macroeconomic stability, and improving private sector credit, as key factors expected to sustain business and investor confidence.
